What does the onboarding process look like for my staff?

After your initial meeting, you'll be connected with a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) who will support your school throughout the partnership. Your CSM will:

  • Onboard all participating teachers,

  • Either conduct an in-person student launch, or

  • Provide teachers with all the tools and resources needed to introduce students to the Jotit platform effectively.
