Why does zoom affect my whole Chromebook screen instead of just the page?

If you are trying to zoom in on a page inside the Jotit app, and the zoom is being applied to the entire app/screen NOT just the page, try the following:

1. Open the Chromebook Settings

2. Go to "Accessibility"

3. Select "Display and magnification"

4. Ensure that "Full-screen magnifier" is toggled OFF

If you don't see these exact settings on your device, try searching "magnifier" in your Chromebook settings.
